Cache County School District is one of two public school districts in beautiful Cache Valley. Within the district, there are 16 elementary schools, 6 middle schools, 4 high schools (soon to be 5) and spans the distance of 20 communities. High Schools within the school district partner with Utah State to provide opportunities to earn college credits while in their individual hgih schools. Logan School District partners with Utah State to provide it’s high school age students an opportunity to integrate college credits into classes that they are attending at their high school. These credits give students a head start in their college career with many of the students starting their first college year as sophomores and sometimes juniors in USU credits.

Logan Regional Hospital is an award-winning general hospital located in Logan, Utah. It is owned by Intermountain Healthcare. The hospital serves Cache Valley, including Cache County, Utah and Franklin County, Idaho, and western Wyoming. Logan Regional’s mission is “Excellence in the provision of healthcare services to communities in the Intermountain region.” The hospital services include a Level III Trauma Center, Cancer Center, Women and Newborn Center, digital imaging services, and heart catheterization services.

Logan Regional was named one of the United States’ 100 top hospitals in 2015 by Truven Health Analytics, and garnered Healthgrades’ 2015 Outstanding Patient Experience Award. It has also received national recognition for its healthcare from other organizations including the American Heart Association, iVantage Health Analytics, Beckers’s Hospital Review, the Joint Commission, the American College of Radiology, and other organizations.
